Manoj has steered multi-million dollar procurement and global vendor development programs across heavy engineering, process equipment, automotive, and capital goods manufacturing.

His leadership career spans over a decade as General Manager & Head of Procurement at ACG Engineering, Head of Supply Chain at Praj Industries, and Head of Vendor Development at Italian multinational WAM SpA. He has built resilient supplier ecosystems across Europe, Asia, and North America, delivering sustainable double-digit cost reductions, mitigating supply disruptions, and streamlining working capital.

Over the past 12 years, Manoj has actively mentored and trained over 1,000 corporate procurement professionals and MBA candidates. Associated as an instructor and mentor with leading global bodies including ASCM, ISM India, and SCMDOJO, and serving as guest faculty at SP Jain School of Global Management, his pedagogy emphasizes real-world industrial case studies, scenario modeling, and practical commercial negotiation.
